One-to-One Coaching

Choose your level of support. Each coaching level is a 3 month minimum. Paid in full specials available.

Essential Coaching

$199 per month

You're looking for the basics, essential coaching includes:
- Bi-weekly check-ins with Nicole (through Loom) 

*note these are not live calls. 

- Monthly lifting program

- Form check submissions

- Weekly education on strength training, nutrition, and behavior change strategies

- Nutrition guides to get started

- Build your roadmap initial session
All coaching plans are a 3- month minimum

Premium Coaching

$249 per month

You're looking for more support, premium coaching includes:

- Weekly check-ins with Nicole (through Loom)

Community Training

A monthly resistance training program for women. Join any time.

Lifting Women Up Online Group Training

$29 per month

A community-based group of women who crave more from their fitness program. 

What is it?

  • A monthly resistance training program for women
  • Focused on toning the entire body including, legs, back, arms, and midsection
  • Home/limited equipment and gym option 

    What do you get? 

  • Use of online platform to track weights & notes
  • Video demos of exercises
  • Detailed instruction of each exercise
  • Monthly "drop in" session
  • Monthly workshop on various topics aimed at keeping you consistent with exercis
